Shipping Information
In order to provide your donation to our shelter partners, all items and created upon your order. To ensure all items are quality inspected prior to leaving our facility, your order will ship within 10 days of ordering. After items ship, you should receive them within 3-5 business days via UPS or USPS.

We understand that purchasing online can be difficult, so at meals for pets we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will help you exchange for a different size, or if you would like even provide you with a full refund, no questions asked. Plus, even if a refund is issued, rest assured that your donation will still be made to the shelter. Meals for Pets takes great pride in assisting shelter animals across the country. Our ultimate vision would be to end animal euthanasia and increase pet adoptions nationwide. But, then we asked ourselves, how can we make a difference in the individual lives of shelter animals? And the answer was to donate 15% of net proceeds to partner shelters to help them lower the cost of expenses and raise the quality time spent with the animals. Donations include meal donations and other events held for our shelter partners.
